Excellent Location near Termini
train stationhelpful staffmilk supply
The hotel is very close to the Termini station. The staff was friendly and helpful. I received an upgrade without asking. The rooftop bar is very nice at night.
The hotel supplies tea and coffee making facilities but does not supply milk on the tray in any form. I had to ask and they brought some up.

The room was clean and well-supplied. It was brightly lit and the bed was very comfortable. The laundry service was excellent and very prompt. The hotel room was great.
